We share a studio which is approximately approximately 1000 sq feet,
There is a bathroom & big sink in the unit, there are lots of windows
and ventilation.

The building is in Highland Park on Figueroa and Ave 41.
The available space is $425, and I'm looking for someone to start Sep 1,
Month to month lease.

I'm a painter, open to sharing with any kind of artist / designer / writer

Please forward this along to anyone you think might be I interested -
it's a really nice clean bright space!
