ATL: Summer Roommate Wanted | $375/a month

I'm looking for a clean, thoughtful and self-sufficient roommate for a couple of months during the summer.

$375 a month [utilities, water, Internet, everything included]

This is a short-term rental from June 5 to August 5, 2011 [Move-in ok weekend of June 3rd; dates are flexible for the most part, just ask]. We’ll share a 2-BR, 2BA apartment with a balcony, living room, dining area, and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and washer and dryer.

The Surroundings
I live in a quiet, wooded, garden-style apartment complex located on the border of Roswell and Alpharetta, on the North side of metro Atlanta -- approx. a 25-minute drive down the highway to downtown ATL and about a 35-minute drive to the airport. I live right around the corner from a new Super Target plaza; and down the street from restaurants and bars, a community recreation center, coffee shops, grocery stores, a cinema complex etc. Downtown Roswell is close-by which is pedestrian friendly and has artsy boutiques and quaint crafts shops, mom and pop coffee houses and restaurants, antique stores, art galleries and thrift stores. Barnes and Nobles and every other place you can think of is located at Northpoint Mall -- about a 7-10 minute drive away.

The best part about my town and surrounding neighborhood is that it runs alongside the Chattahoochee River -- perfect for summer evening wind-downs.

Transportation
Unfortunately, there is no public transportation that runs close to where I live, so you'll need to have your own transportation.

Downtown Atlanta w/no traffic is a quick 25 min. drive away. Peak traffic times are predictable so it's relatively easy to avoid long commutes. You can also park and take the train [MARTA] into downtown.

Terms
50 percent deposit (of first month's rent) required to secure.
Rent due on June 10th and July 10th
