interesting because i remember teaching summer school and it was like the kids would get their brain's "whitewashed" each night. They'd come back to school the next day and we'd have to start over with basic discipline, etc. Shows the importance of reaching into the home and doing the job of teaching/nurturing a kid wholistically.
